The following types of images constitute "abuse" and may not be uploaded under any circumstances:

• Files deemed Illegal by United States Law
• Files that infringe copyrights of any entity excluding the user.
• Non-image files.

If any of these terms are broken, ImageSlim reserves the right to remove or replace the file and this action may result in immediate termination of the user's ability to use ImageSlim.
